Your satisfaction is important to us and is 100% Guaranteed. If you are dissatisfied with any merchandise for any reason, simply return the product within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of your purchase price, excluding processing & handling.
 

To return an item, we request that you first contact us at 1-800-399-5065 Monday through Friday 8am to 8pm EST to obtain a Return Authorization # (RA#) and return instructions. Unauthorized or hand delivered returns will not be accepted.

Any product you return must be in new condition and in the original packaging. Any product containing an unlock QR code must have the QR code in tact and included in the return. Any digital features unlocked through the QR code will be revoked upon completion of the return. Please keep the receipt. 

If you have an existing order, please include your order # or the name & address on the order so we can better assist you.
